Fall 2017 Girls Lacrosse Open Workouts

We will hold open workouts throughout the fall for any girls who are interested in trying out for the lacrosse team in February.

The Fall session will be 9/26-11/3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays – from 3:30-5:00pm

You will need a current physical and concussion form to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There is an updated physical form on the cosbytitansathletics.com website under “TITANS HQ” – “Often Used Forms & Links”.

These sessions are open to both current and prospective players who want to learn more about lacrosse at Cosby. You must attend Cosby, or be a rising 8th grader who will attend Cosby when you are in 9th grade. If you have a friend who is interested in lacrosse bring them with you. These are not mandatory for any current or future players. Going to these open sessions does NOT guarantee a spot on the team.  These are to prepare you to TRY OUT FOR THE TEAM!  The sessions will include stick work and small sided games.
