Indoor Track Information
Indoor track is a winter season athletic sport that is a varsity sport at Cosby High School. We do not have an indoor facility in which to practice, so we practice outdoors on the track most days. Indoor track is not conditioning for other sports. It is a very competitive sport that keeps track athletes competing during the winter. Most track meets will be held indoors.

In order to participate in conditioning, you must have the concussion form and a physical on file or bring it with you on the first day.
Conditioning schedule: 2:00-3:30 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, no conditioning if we don’t have school, it rains, or early release days. We will meet at the track.
