Titans News · Football Winter Workouts


We are working on our off season weight and conditioning program as I type this. Some of you have asked that we open up the weight room as soon as possible. 

 

Coach Krautner, will be running the program with me. Coach has designed programs for athletes before coming to Cosby, so it will be similar to going to a personal trainer without the cost.

When we get back from Thanksgiving, we will be working out for the two weeks before exams. Our plan this year is to work out on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Each workout should take about an hour. Coach will be explaining the workout and teaching the proper techniques so that when we return in January we will be ready to go. We will be doing a great deal of football, position specific work.

 

While it is true that games are not played in the Winter and Spring, they are won in the off-season. How we prepare as a team will determine how successful we are.
