We have been given the approval by the county to begin out of season conditioning starting the week of 9/21. Sessions are not mandatory to attend. An updated VHSL physical, concussion form, and Assumption of Risk Insurance form must be turned in to participate. Forms can be downloaded/printed HERE. Physical must be dated by doctor AFTER May 1, 2020.
Below is a list of teams that will be starting and the days/times that sessions will be held. Health and safety protocols have been approved and MUST be followed. We will begin in our “Yellow” phase which includes outside conditioning only with no shared athletic equipment. Review Cosby’s Return to Play plan.

Football – Will start on Tuesday 9/22. Session will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the back practice fields. Due to daylight savings, we have moved to one session, from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
