Indoor track conditioning will begin on Monday, 11/9 at the track.  Conditioning will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:15 – 4:15 pm.   Athletes must sign up ahead of time.  Please contact Coach Still by emailing him at bryan_still@ccpsnet.net if you plan to attend.  Please plan to arrive as close to 3:15 as possible and to depart at 4:15.
