Conditioning and Weight Training for the Wrestling team will begin on Monday 11/9.
Conditioning will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 – 5:15 pm. Due to limited number of people allowed in the weight room at a time, two sessions per day will be available. Please contact Coach Stefanko, at firstname.lastname@example.org, to sign up for the session you want to attend.
